At Advait’s Tech Hub, we provide the following professional services:

  1. Consultations

    • We help customers select the best PC parts, optimize system performance, and troubleshoot issues.

    • Consultations may include in-person sessions, phone calls, or online communication.

    • We provide advice based on our knowledge and experience, but results may vary depending on your system and use.

  2. PC Repairs

    • We diagnose hardware issues, replace defective components, and repair systems to restore functionality.

    • Repairs include physical hardware replacement, cleaning, and basic software troubleshooting.

    • Customers are responsible for backing up their own data before service.

  3. General Maintenance

    • Services include cleaning internal components, updating operating systems, installing drivers, and performing system health checks.

    • Regular maintenance helps prevent future issues but does not guarantee that problems will never occur.

  4. Custom PC Building

    • We design, assemble, and test PC builds based on client specifications.

    • We source components, assemble systems, and verify functionality before delivery.

    • Customers must approve final part selections before purchase. Once parts are ordered, they are non-refundable except as allowed by the manufacturer.

We may add or adjust services at any time and will communicate these changes via our website or directly to clients.

2. Eligibility

  • Customers must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

  • By using our services, you confirm that all information provided to us (such as system specifications or repair history) is accurate and complete.

3. Payments

  • All service costs will be communicated prior to starting work.

  • Payment must be made in full before a completed build or repaired system is returned.

  • Timely payment is required to maintain service quality and scheduling.

4. Customer Responsibilities

5. Warranties & Liability

We are committed to providing professional service. Please note the following:

  • Our Work – Repairs, builds, and maintenance are performed with professional care.

  • Manufacturer Warranties – Any warranties on individual parts (e.g., CPUs, GPUs, motherboards) are provided by the manufacturer, not Advait’s Tech Hub.

  • Data Responsibility – Customers should back up all personal files before services are performed. We are not liable for lost data.

  • Limited Liability – We are not responsible for:

    • Defects in third-party components.

    • Issues arising from customer misuse after the system is returned.

    • Performance variations or failures outside our control.

6. Consultations & Advice

  • Advice provided during consultations is based on our experience and industry knowledge.

  • While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee specific system performance, compatibility with future components, or long-term results.

  • Customers are encouraged to make final decisions regarding part selection and system configuration.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Consultations – Refunds are not available after a consultation session has occurred.

  • Repairs/Maintenance – Cancellations before work begins may receive a full refund. Once work has started, only partial refunds may be offered.

  • PC Builds – Once parts have been ordered, they are non-refundable except as allowed by the manufacturer. Labor fees may be refunded if assembly has not begun.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and will only use personal information (such as your name, email, or system specifications) to provide our services.

  • We will not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

  • We do not store copies of personal files or system data.

9. Service Expectations

  • Service timelines may vary depending on parts availability, workload, or unforeseen technical challenges.

  • We will communicate expected timelines to customers and provide updates in the event of delays.

  • Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided after maintenance, repairs, or builds.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • We aim to resolve disputes directly and fairly with our customers.

  • If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled under the laws of California.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time.

  • Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “last updated” date.

  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
