A: most repairs back in 24-72h including diagnosis. special-order parts get a clear ETA before you commit.
Q: how does the refund work?
A: if your device can't be repaired — or if the only fix costs more than it's worth and you decline — I refund the $20 same-day, Venmo/Zelle/cash.
Q: when to call the urgent line?
A: (408) 660-3611 is for genuine emergencies — business-critical machine down. otherwise contact form gets a same-day reply during hours.
Q: data recovery on dead drives?
A: yes for logical failures and soft-bricked drives. physical platter damage gets referred to a specialist clean-room shop — I'll tell you up front.
